Individual counseling services are available for new and returning clients through video sessions. If you are a current student at UA and reside in the state of Alabama, you are eligible for services. For students out of state for the summer, we can assist with referral options. Please call 205-348-3863 to schedule an appointment or consult with a counselor. The office will be open to phone calls Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. through 5 p.m.
In person services are only available for students in crisis where it is determined by a therapist that they need to be seen in person. For these instances, we will practice social distancing, always require a mask be worn, and require students to complete the daily Healthcheck before entering the building.

Group Services for the spring semester will begin the week of January 18. Please visit our group page for the most up to date information.
